Our Retreat Application Process

Applying for a Perspective(s) Summer 2025 Training Retreat is easy – just follow the steps below. As part of our effort to ensure a well-matched cohort, we ask all applicants to respond to a short series of questions and engage in a brief informational interview. Our goal is to create a retreat experience that fosters meaningful connections among all participants. Following the interview, we'll let you know if we believe this cohort is a good fit for you.

This application form signals your interest in attending and gives us a sense of your intentions in for the retreat. Please complete it as soon as you are able.  We review applications as they are received and will close applications as soon as the retreat is full. We suggest you submit your application no later than January 31, 2025, if possible.

Complete an informal interview

Once we've reviewed your application, you may be invited for an interview. Our aim is to determine whether or not the retreat model and cohort are a good fit for you at this time. Please note that due to limited space and the parameters of this retreat, not all applicants will be accepted.

Secure your spot

Soon after the interview, you will be notified regarding your acceptance. At that time you can secure your place on the retreat by submitting your payment in full of $4,200. This payment is fully refundable when cancellation is made by April 1, 2025. You may receive a 50% refund if you cancel between April 1st and May 15th, 2025. No refunds will be made after May 15th, 2025.

Get ready!

In advance of the retreat, we'll have three online preparation meetings. In these meetings, you'll spend time getting to know other participants, learning about the psychedelic experience and how ACT/CBS can act as a catalyst, and preparing for your roles as doser and sitter.
